RevStream was established in 2016 with a bold vision in mind: to offer the most comprehensive and effective revenue cycle management for the healthcare industry.
Since then, we have helped our clients across the country streamline their billing and collections process and increase their revenue.
Whether we are launching a new Department of Labor (DOL) program or improving and growing your revenue, we know what it takes to create profitable healthcare practices. In addition to working with doctors treating DOL injured employees, our services are built to be scalable. Her extensive experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) optimization, clinical operations, software management, EHR implementation, and data conversions comes from a variety of roles, including COO of a consulting and revenue management company, COO of a large medical software sales and RCM company, as well as years working in large hospital-based integrated practices.
Johnette is a Board-Certified Medical Practice Executive with the American College of Medical Practice Executives, and a graduate of Texas Christian University with a degree in Political Science. Active in several local civic and professional organizations, Johnette has also served as a Director on the Board of the Texas Medical Group Management Association and as President of The Association of Independent Medical Software, Value Added Resellers.

Lauren Eggleston

Prior to forming RevStream Services with Johnette Thomas, Lauren spent 14 years as the Director of Collections for a very large multi-specialty clinic. A graduate of the University of Texas, Lauren has also served as a director in a physician-owned management services organization (MSO) and played an integral role in streamlining and optimizing their billing, collections, and other financial systems.
